Deposit speeds are different depending on the payment type you're using in QuickBooks Online (QBO). The cutoff time is 3 pm PT. We usually deposit your credit card payments to your account the next business day. Also, your bank transfer (ACH) payments have the same speed if you've signed up for the next-day deposit plan.
However, the first deposit usually takes a little longer. You'll get payments within 4-5 business days while we establish your merchant account. Also, the delay may vary depending on the following scenarios:
- The time of the day when you enter those transactions
- Weekends and federal holidays
- Financial institution to deposit the funds
- Bank policies for verifying and processing electronic deposits
