How big is your file size?
It's 62 KB and 540 rows in it.
I mean how big is your QBW file size?
Qbw file size is 40 MB.
Your file size is fine. Try opening the sample file and do the batch transactions. Did you encounter the same problem?

I agree with our champion user, Fiat Lux - ASIA. Uninstalling and reinstalling the program will remove the old installation files and add new ones. This way, you're essentially getting a fresh start. I've included some steps below to use our clean install method.
Note: You can get this info from your account management portal. Or you can press the F2 key on your keyboard while in QuickBooks (you do not have to be signed into the company file).
