Join nowi installed the Quick books Desktop for multi users and while installation i selected the second option i will use quickbook on this pc and share on network now i want my Admin stay login for always
We can update the login settings, imran786.
You can log into a Company File without having to enter a username and password every time. As long as you are using the same Windows user account, you only have to log in with your username and password once every few days, and can open the Company File or switch to another Company File without having to re-enter your login credentials.
To change your login settings, you can follow these easy steps:
You will be required to enter your username and password again only if you have explicitly logged off from the Company File or when the login period set has expired. For more details about this option, you can click this article: Stay logged in to QuickBooks company file (sign in without entering your password).
If you have other questions, you can always mention me in your reply. I'll be around to keep an eye on it. Take care and have a great day!

Can you share with me the error message you received on your end? This way, I gather more information about it and provide you the best fix. Any additional details can help us narrow things down.
In the meantime, you'll want to download the QuickBooks Tool Hub and run the Quick Fix my Program to resolve this. I'll show you how:
