Howdy everyone!
Been using QBO ever since GoDaddy sent the email about a month ago. I have been able to figure it out and get it working just the way I needed it too.
Last 2 days I noticed the ebay Managed Payments under "app transactions" No longer updates. I keep getting this error: There was a problem updating your transactions! Please try again later.
Reaching out to find out if anyone else is having the same issue. Support said it was something backend and should have been resolved in about 24 hours.
Looking forward to any help!

Before I go through a phone call, would it be possible for you to tag my account in this issue?
Trying to refinance and need to generate a current P&L statement, but can't was almost 2 weeks of data can't be inputted.
I would really appreciate any help with this matter
I appreciate you getting back to us, sulu7.
While the Community can provide answers and troubleshooting solutions to certain questions, there are things that only our phone support can do to resolve the problem.
I'd like to check this for you and get it taken care of myself. However, as much as I would like to tag your account in this issue, the case number requires pulling up your account information, which I am unable to do in this public forum.
Only our phone support can add your account information to the list of affected users and attach your case to the ongoing investigation. Any progress will be communicated via email.
Here's how to contact us:
1. Click the Help (?) icon.
2. Choose Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief description of your situation in the What can we help you with? area, then click Let's talk.
4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Get a call.
I recommend editing, assigning, and categorizing your transactions. Also, you can match them to the existing entries in the software. Doing so will help you ensure the accuracy of your financial records.
Please know that I'm just a post away if you have any other questions about eBay payments or with QuickBooks. I'll be delighted to be your guide once more. Have a great day ahead.
I, too, am having this issue of eBay Payments not working. Any idea when it will be fixed? I get this error:
I wish you didn't have to go through all these hurdles when updating your eBay transactions, @dsteinhauerjr.
We are working hard to find a permanent solution to this error. Please bear with us while we investigate the issue, as there is no exact date when our engineers will be able to fix this problem.
If you have not yet been added to the list of affected users, contact our QuickBooks Online Support. They will look up your account and add your name to the list. This way, you'll receive an email when the issue has been resolved.
You can follow the steps provided by my colleagues above. Make sure to contact them within business hours to ensure a swift response.
If you need further assistance managing eBay payments and transactions, feel free to post again. We're ready to help whenever you need us.
Ok. Thank you for your quick response.
Me too.
It appears the problem is a little come and go. I check daily several times a day. Most of the time the error shows up, but once in a bit I get lucky and it starts to pull all the transactions.
Looking forward to a permanent fix, as it doesn't really seem to be a lot of alternative options. With GoDaddy gone, this appears to be the closest automated book keeping system for ebay sellers.
Hello there, @sulu7.

Having same issues here. I chatted with support yesterday and they wanted me to contact eBay despite me pointing out that Intuit developed the app. Hoping this is resolved soon.
@CinderellaStory I feel you, when I spoke to them on the phone, they had no idea what I was talking about. I kept referring to this point, they kept telling me it was an eBay problem. For what this service costs monthly, and for how big Intuit is, it's discouraging to see the tech support a bit in the dark about a problem like this.
I feel bad for people coming over from GoDaddy trying to get themselves setup, only to run into this error. To them, it may appear to look like they are doing something wrong and not a problem with Intuit themselves.
Hoping this is resolved as another week has gone by. My books are now off by about 3 weeks to a month since I can't proper import all my sales.
@Fiat Lux - ASIA I am using the Intuit connector app, that is the one that is broken right now.
Just reporting back in.
Another week has gone by and no resolution yet. I looked into the previous suggestion from the other user, but that costs about $71 / month.
Does anyone else know of any workarounds or solutions to this? Or alternatives to quickbooks?
Thanks for coming back, @sulu7. At the moment, our engineers are still continously working to stabilize the connection with eBay.
In the meantime, it would be really useful for us to speed up the resolution if you could record your screen and upload a video (as long as it doesn't contain any personally identifiable information, as the community is a public forum). That way, we can see what happens when you try and pull transactions, including the error you received.
A video button ought to be visible when replying to the post. To upload the video, choose the option under My Computer.
We appreciate your patience, and as the team makes progress, we'll keep an eye on the situation and update this thread.
You're always welcome to post some more of your concerns if you have any, @sulu7. Take care!
The forums appear to be the only place I'm getting any information.
I've called over 11 times, and only on the last call was the person on the phone even aware there was an issue. The first 10 kept insisting the problem is with ebay, everything was working on their end. Some insisted I needed to all ebay and explain the problem to them.
Uploading a video for an issue that the engineers are already aware of doesn't sound like it will speed up the resolution. Due to the sensitive nature of what I do, I can't do it anyway.
