Just reporting back.
The individual I'm working with on the internal team confirmed that I can ignore that email, as it has nothing to do with the problem we are all here upset about. While I can't give you the answer why we got that email (he didn't know either) I can say that at least our problem is still on the "to do" list, which is better than they saying it's fixed and we're all standing here wondering "now what!?!"
Hang tight! As frustrating as this is, we just need to wait for them to get this going. Could be worse, could be crunch time right before taxes and we could be going through this.

Mine is broken too. I tried uninstalling, but it won't reinstall. It has said eBay Payments is under maintenance please try again later for a week.
I just switched to QBO paying a monthly fee solely because I wanted to automate ebay. This is a joke.
Actually thought this was fixed for a while. New year still won't update like it should. I did receive a notification that my monthly payment was processed a few days ago. So still paying $15 a month for something that doesn't work.
Come on Quickbooks! You guys can do so much better than this!
Howdy! Super sorry to hear you are suffering in the ranks as well. I know this won't give you immediate satisfaction, but someone from the back end has reached out to me and has been in constant contact with me giving me much more meaningful updates and explanations to the issue. Out of respect & courtesy to him, I will not repeat everything he has said as I'm not sure if it's ok, and wouldn't want to burn the person who is putting in an honest effort to find a resolution not only for me, but for all users suffering with this issue.

Thanks for the reply but honestly it is pretty concerning that an issue like this has lingered on for months and months. All of the GoDaddy Bookkeeping users were recommended to use Quickbooks after the product was discontinued and despite the service (Quickbooks) being more expensive the experience has not been great. Sorry if this sounds critical but I have never been able to let an issue linger for months and months at any job I have had and just keep telling customers to be patient. Hopefully this gets some attention soon and is given a fix that holds. I know there are many users who feel the same as I do.
Hello, have unlinked and linked my eBay a couple more times and still not updating. Are any of the other posters working now? Not sure what to do at this point.

I advise contacting eBay to discuss the recurring problem. The issue most likely comes from their end. If not, kindly notify our Customer Support team about it. This allows them to look into the issue further and initiate another investigation to find solutions as quickly as possible.

I honestly don't think this is an eBay issue. For that to be the case you would have to be implying that my individual eBay account is having issues syncing to your service and that everyone else is working fine despite people reporting here that it is not working. The app that is not working is one that is provided by your company so I don't imagine eBay is going to be able to troubleshoot your app. Please help me resolve this issue instead of passing the buck. When I initially called about this issue last year I was told to contact eBay and I did that just to appease you guys and they literally said there was no way it was their issue and that I needed to contact you.
So, is Quickbooks working with eBay to resolve? If not, why? This is not a single user account issue. Unbelievable.
The best part is just a few minutes ago I was told that this has been closed out and was not a QuickBooks issue and to contact eBay. So I just did a support chat with QuickBooks and they said it has been reported and is being worked on but they didn't have an estimated repair time. There definitely seems to be a disconnect here. This cannot be so complicated of an issue that it literally has been going on since last year.
Well, maybe there’s a glimmer of hope. Really hoping sellerledger (founder of Outright/GoDaddy Bookkeeping) is up and running soon.
Still not working as things should here. Has anyone from Quickbooks reached out to eBay and asked what is going on? I don't understand why when multiple users report the same issue they would ask us to reach out to them. Does anyone know of another way we can go about getting this addressed? This thread started in June of 2022. There has to be a way to get this working properly. As I mentioned before, Quickbooks has had no issues whatsoever drafting my monthly payment for something that does not work as promised.
