Just checking in with the gang here to see if anyone has any updates :)
I still have the same problem. It is not registering actual payouts, but ironically, it is registering sales and other data.
Happy weekend everyone!

Hello Adrian_A!
I know I am bumping an old thread, but I didn't know where else to go as a call back never happened days ago.
Hoping to ask, is there another internal investigation going on similar to this one? The same issue has some up again where it is not importing data, and I'm trying to figure out what to do.
I appreciate you reaching us back here in the Community, @sulu7,
I wish you didn't have to go through this, I know how frustrating it has been to wait for days to receive a callback from our support team.

Howdy!
Reaching out regarding INV-76452. Just wanted to know if there were any updates as of yet? Checked again today, and it appears payouts are still not being populated into QBO
I appreciate you for joining the thread, @sulu7. I've got some about your concern on payouts not yet populating in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Know that I understand the urgency of this matter and how important it is for payouts to populate on your QBO. As I've checked here on my resources, our engineers are still working to find a way to resolve this. Rest assured that once a fix is available, you'll be one of the first customers to receive an update about the troubleshooting steps.
In addition, I've got you these articles to learn more about how eBay and QuickBooks Commerce work:

It's unacceptable that this is still not working correctly.
Ours stopped working after Jan 3. That's it, no further payouts have posted. The support agent that I spoke with had "heard about this issue on other calls," so it's not just us. We're not doing anything exotic here, just trying to pull in payouts.
I think that it's time to stop "selling" (it is free, so I suppose I am getting what I pay for: nothing) this app until it gets to where it's at a level of reliability that one would expect for a financial/accounting product.
It's actually ridiculous. This has been an issue for nearly a year now. And support only gives nonsensical replies to contact support and let them know their issue. Do you really think support isn't aware that most users with Ebay connect to have this problem? Let's just waste our customers' time more, maybe they will eventually give up.
Let's talk about how this SHOULD be handled. These should be pretty self-evident to a billion-dollar company.
1) QB transparently shows their progress on their OWN thread and actually explains what the issue is.
2) QB stops directing people to the goose chase of disinformation that their support spews. This means no more gaslighting their customers that something is wrong on the customers' end. Stop wasting your customers' time troubleshooting issues that from QB's side. TAKE responsibility for the issue.
This is a case study on how NOT to handle issues with customers.
I am still having problems too!! It has been a year. I have logged out and logged back to the connection and it has uploaded my missing ones. But thats it, it will no longer update after that. It is a pain for bookeeping!!!

Past 2 months I haven’t been able to retrieve my data, deleted and reconnected and nothing. 96$ a month for a program that doesn’t work ? Worth that $ ? .. please fix the issue ! Thanks……
I can see that you did everything to fix this, Limburg. I understand how important it is to retrieve your eBay data seamlessly. I wish you didn't have to go through all those challenges.
Before anything else, please know that the investigation mentioned by my colleague is already closed. Since you mentioned that you've tried disconnecting and reconnecting but still can't retrieve any data, I recommend contacting the developer of the connector you've used to connect your eBay. They can help you check why you're unable to retrieve your transactions or data to QuickBooks Online.
You can reach out to them in the App menu.
For your future reference, I've added some articles below that can help you learn more about eBay-managed payments and handle your transactions in QuickBooks Online:
You can return here anytime you need further assistance with your eBay transaction or any QuickBooks-related concerns. I'm always here for you.
