When trying to ship via UPS from within QuickBooks, I receive the following error:
Error: [250002] Invalid Authentication Information.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? QuickBooks help has been absolutely no help. I tried UPS too and they were polite, but couldn't help, as I expected.

Worked perfectly. (Though it failed with an older. I had to find our most recent invoice.)
Thank you.

As this method works, but when you log out the next day same problem. I have been in contact with QB but can not resolve the problem. We have 5 licences and use multi user mode and the first person that logs in can ship and it dose not recognize other 4 licences. Before the upgrade to windows 10 we could trick the shipping manager by changing the date forward. Windows 10 does not allow that. This has been going on for 3 months and no one has the answer.
