Are you attempting to view a 941 form that has not yet been submitted? If so, please ensure that your browser pdf viewer is up-to-date. Then, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. Let's start by accessing your account using an incognito window. This mode doesn't save any online data and helps fix various browser-related issues. The shortcut keys are as follows:
- For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Safari browser: Command + Option + P
Then, you can go back to the Taxes menu to view your 941 tax forms. I'll show you how.
- Go to the Taxes menu, then Payroll Tax.
- Select the Filling tab.
- You can view your 941 tax forms under Upcoming filings or choose Archive forms and filling to view previously filed forms.
- If the form is available, click Preview to view forms not yet filed.
