Thanks for dropping by the Community today, SGVB-hi123.

Let’s go to the Products & Services list to review your subscription details. If it shows it’s already expired, update the billing method to get you back on track.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to Or learn more about signing in.
  2. Look for your subscription in the Products & Services list and choose Details.
  3. In the upper right, go to the Status section and check if it’s Active.
  4. If it’s not, navigate to the Billing Information section.
  5. Then, choose the Payment Method and Edit.
  6. From there, update your information.
  7. Press Save and Close.

If you continue to get the same result, I recommend you get in touch with our Technical Support Team. They can review billing and subscription in a secure space. Once the issue is identified, our specialists will guide you on how to apply the permanent solution.

To reach them:

  1. Press the Help icon at the top menu bar to select QuickBooks Desktop Help F1.
  2. In the Have a Question window, scroll down to choose the Contact us link.
  3. This will display the Contact Us screen.
  4. Go to the Tell us more about your question section to enter the issue or topic in the field box.
  5. Click the Search button to display the Get Phone Number or Start a Message button.

For more information about the support hours and types, check out this article: Contact QuickBooks Desktop.
