As a LLC, I have found that the owners time tracked in tsheets will not post to projects in QBO because they are not a paid as employee. Does anyone have a solution?

It will depend on which type of form you're going to submit at the end of the year. For example, if you submit a W2 form, you'll be logged as an employee. However, if you're filing a 1099 form, then you'll consider yourself as a vendor. To ensure that everything is done correctly, it's recommended to reach out to an accountant.
