authorized user contact Robert [removed] [email address removed] for security reasons%2C only me and QB

I am signed authorized user contact Robert [removed] ([email address removed]) for security reasons only me the primary contact Robert [removed] (same person) [email address removed] It is not in use and hasn't been in use for years.  Therefore I can't pay the new payroll desktop on QB?????

To resolve this issue, you must update the email address linked to your QuickBooks account. To proceed, you must request to be a QuickBooks account's primary admin or contact.

 

Once you have successfully become the primary and admin contact, you can consider updating your payment method for a hassle-free experience. This will ensure that your payments are processed smoothly, and you can enjoy uninterrupted access to the services. Here's how: 

 

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com. Or learn more about signing in.
  2. Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
  3. Select Details.
  4. In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method, then select Edit.
  5. Update your information.
  6. Select Save and Close.
