Can I change the format for W2 forms?

Hello,

If you go to Gear Icon/Payroll Settings/Preferences/Form W-2 Printing Settings... you should see an option for 3 or 4 part perforated paper.

You can also print on plain paper.

I have no Preference in payroll settings and nothing that show W2s. No one through a QB chat can help me.  I'm hoping the community can.

Let's isolate this unexpected behavior  by accessing your account using a private browser or an incognito browser. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts: 

• Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
• Control + Option + P (Safari)

Once logged in, let's set your W2 preferences. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Choose Payroll Settings.
3. Select the Preferences tab.
4. Pick the Form W-2 Printing Settings.
5. Mark the radio button that corresponds to the W2 form format you want to use:
