Caregiver---I also need to cancel my subscription to Desktop Payroll Enhanced, but when I click on the Cancel link, it takes me to this page a page that has me select my Payroll version, and when I click on my version it takes me to a general support page. How do I confirm that I have cancelled my subscription, which renews in April?

Thanks for the quick response. Yes, it still says active, but I will call the phone number and get it straightened out.
I need to cancel my payroll subscription. When I called it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get someone on the phone. They told me I am not the master admin. Yet I am and I can see that both in QB payroll and in my Intuit account. I tried to cancel submitting the online form. It will not submit. I am not willing to spend more of my time holding. Please help.

There are two options on how to cancel the payroll service. If you're able to access your QBO account, you can cancel it on the Account/Billing Information or through online. You can follow the steps on my posts above.

You might've updated your banking information after the service was cancelled. This may be the reason your were charged again for the monthly fee. I'd like to add a few details and help you from there.
Once your account is deactivated, you shouldn't update your banking information in QuickBooks. This causes your subscription to reactivate and charge you the monthly fee.
