Hi. We are now getting our payroll done through another company. So I was going to cancel our desktop payroll subscription. It keeps telling me my payroll and taxes are overdue. Wondering if all the employees will disappear once I do that? I would like to be able to keep them if possible for past payroll reports or inquiries about past pay stubs. Thank you!

Your confusion ends here, @rhowie.

You'll just want to make sure you complete your final payroll, print the necessary payroll reports, and save a copy of all the tax forms you created.
