Hello, @Hrgault.
Allow me to step in and help you process your direct deposit.
As long as your employee's bank information is correct, you can use the Direct Deposit feature in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
However, you can create a zero payroll to test if you're able to run this feature. Here's how:
- Select Employees then click Send Payroll Data.
- Make sure that there are no paychecks in the Items to Send section.
- Click Send.
- Enter your direct deposit PIN.
- Wait for the message that your payroll session was successful. A confirmation report appears in the Items Received section of the Send Payroll Data window. The message that appears might vary depending on your activity.
These steps will also help in refreshing the Direct Deposit connection.
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you reach out to our support team to check the status of your direct deposits.
Here's how:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Continue.
- Choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat or Get a callback.
I'll be providing this resource for the support hours. It contains the time on when the support is available, depending on your type of subscription. Just go to the QuickBooks section of this article for more info: Contact Payroll Support.
