Does Quickbooks with payroll support wage reporting information

Hello, @pradyot-dhulipal

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll ensure you'll be able to see the wage reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Yes, QuickBooks with payroll supports wage reporting information. QBO provides wage reporting tools that allow you to easily access and report employee wages.

Moreover, you can find reports about employee info, wages, taxes, deductions, and many more payroll reports in your QuickBooks Payroll. You can also create a payroll summary report in QuickBooks.

To access payroll reports in QuickBooks Online Payroll, here's how:

  1. Go to Reports, then Standard.
  2. Scroll down to the Payroll section or Find report by name from the search field.
  3. Find and select the report you want to view.
  4. Filter your report by date range, then select Apply.

You can also pull up the Payroll Tax and Wage Summary report. This will show total subject wages, excess wages, and taxable wages by tax type.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Choose Payroll Tax and Wage Summary in the search bar.
  3. Click the Customize icon and start updating or filtering the option.
  4. Click Run report.

Furthermore, you may refer to this article to see a table list that includes different reports that are available for your version of QuickBooks Online: Reports included in your QuickBooks Online subscription.
