Exported data from "new version of "Intiut Online Payroll is not showing on QB desktop for Mac.

Once the Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) files are imported to QuickBooks you'll receive a message or notification that the process was successful. If that's the case, I recommend updating your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) for Mac to the latest release to keep your software up-to-date and display the imported transactions from IOP. The process also helps you get the latest available feature and fixes within your company file.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From the QuickBooks dropdown, select Check for QuickBooks Updates.
  2. If a newer version is available, select Install Update.
  3. When prompted, select Install and Relaunch.
  4. When the update is complete, QuickBooks for Mac automatically opens.

 

Once done, review the exported file again. If it's not showing up, I suggest extracting the payroll data from IOP. Then, export them to QBDT for Mac again. For the detailed instructions and the step by step process, you can use these articles as your guide:
