The links to file quarterly forms for 941 (federal) and FL RT-6 are still available. Since you're unable to see these options, I suggest going to the View and Print Archived Forms page. This way, you're able to view your 941 forms and FL RT-6 and to verify if these forms are filed electronically.
Here's how:
If you're still unable to see the 941 forms and FL RT-6 in the list of Archived Forms, I recommend manually file these forms. Please follow these steps:
For additional information about filing quarterly taxes, you can check out this article: File quarterly tax forms.
In the meantime, you'll need to check if you still encounter the same issue in your next tax due so that we're able to verify the cause of the issue.
Please refer to these articles to see what are the lists of payroll forms and taxes we submit for you, including the taxes we do not support for your state. And, how QuickBooks Online populates the lines on Form 941.

Thank you for your response but it did not address my question.
For several years, I have electronically filed 941 and RT-6 each quarter via Quickbooks. Now, for the first time ever, I don't have this option for 2020 Q1. I can access the archived quarterly filing for all past years; that isn't a problem. But I need to file these forms for Q1 2020, and I can't do that.
When I go to Taxes/Payroll Tax/Forms, instead of showing me links to file 941 and RT-6, all I see is text that says "Filed forms for this quarter will be available by May 15." But there is no link for me to actually FILE the documents. Does this mean the two documents will be auto-filed? If so, when did auto-filing begin? In the past I always had to log in and tell the system to file these documents; when did that stop?
****EDIT****
After chatting with your Customer Support, apparently I was switched from Enhanced Payroll to Core Payroll at some point. And that switch makes it so that I can't file those documents, because Quickbooks files them for me. That answers my question. However, I don't believe that change was ever made clear to me (unless I missed it). Quickbooks really should have done a better job at making that transition clear to the customers. It would have saved me many hours of trying to figure out why I am no longer able to access/file those documents.
****END OF EDIT****
Thank you.
