I'm glad to have you here in the Community, @Keyats. I can share with you some ideas about the form 941 showing as a draft.
It will show as a draft when you have already prepare the form. The draft is also the way for you to check the details entered and make an update if necessary. Once verified, you can save or print a copy of this.
Here's how:
- Go to the Employees menu, and then choose Payroll Forms & W-2s, then Process Payroll Forms.
- Chose Quarterly Form 941/Schedule B or Annual Form 940/Sch. A.
- Click the Year or Quarter from the small arrow ▼ then choose your Quarter Ending date.
- Choose OK and click Open Draft.
- Select Print for Your Records.
- Choose Save as PDF.
- Click Save then Save and Close.
For more information about this, you may read this resource: Prepare and print form 941.
In case you'll want to review the status of your e-filed report, I encourage you to open this link: Check e-file or e-pay status. This is to ensure that your payment or form is received by the agency in a timely manner.
Additionally, let me share this article on how QuickBooks populates the 941.
