Hi cwade1,
I know how important it is to file taxes on time to avoid penalties.
I recommend contacting our dedicated QBO Payroll Support to see why your forms were not filed. They have the tools on their end.
If you have other concerns, please don't hesitate to go back to this thread. Take care and have a good one.
OMG YES!!! Mine is from 2018. After hours on the phone with Intuit and talking to multiple people, they suggested I reach out to the Tax resoIution department. I have emailed [email address removed] On Oct 19th and again on November 2nd - and have not had once single response. I have huge penalties from IRS and now threats on intent to levy. Very frustrating - any ideas or suggestions is greatly appreciated. We paid for Intuit to file our tax forms. They missed 2 of them! We have copies of them, but it is failure to file that they are getting us and we have no proof.

This is not the first time this has occured. Had many frustrating hours on the phone over several weeks. We sent proof showing their e-pay reports and our bank statement showing money deducted.Their fix was refund our money back into our checking account and have us file our own tax return. This left us paying the interest & penalities. NOTTHS TIME. At the end of each month or quarter I go into the taxes tab and review and print our tax returns for our records. Noticed our 3rd quarter local tax return was not filed. My missing tax return filing is at least in the same year. I reached out multiple times to our Agent-In-Fact that e-signs our returns without any response. I suggest keeping detailed records of all you attempts to get this corrected. After speaking to Customer Service @ Intuit, I was instructed to wait for the late notice from the taxing authority, then send it to their special department for review. This is a crazy way of handling this, as it will just increase the interest and penalities. I am digging in my heels this go around and will accept nothing less then Intiut filing this missing return and pay ALL interest and penalities. Keep pushing and don't give up until you get the result you want. Good Luck
