Great to see you on this wonderful weekend! @Janworld.
I'd be happy to show you the way on how to export your payroll data from Intuit Online Payroll to your QuickBooks Online Payroll.
The Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) will set up your payroll accounts in QuickBooks Online Payroll if you haven't set it up yet. However, if you have already set up the data in QuickBooks Online, you may want to ensure that the accounts are from your QuickBooks Chart of Accounts are mapped correctly. I've added this article for more details about the process: Setup export of IOP data to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I'm also including some screenshots you may refer to when you're ready to export your payroll details from IOP to QBOP:
I'll be around if you need further assistance with the export and setup process. Feel free to let me know anytime in the comment section. I'd be glad to help you in any way I can. Take care!
I am a QBOA. One of my clients still uses IOP. I have been notified that IOP is closing down and everything will be transferred to QBOA Payroll by the end of the year. I already have all this that you mapped out set up for exported each pay period for the last few years. But now I want to close down my IOP July 1st. How do I transfer all the employees, Payroll forms, etc. Or do I have to renter all this starting July 1st? How will it remember Qtr 1 & Qtr 2 for FUTA, etc. How much manual do I enter? Is there a process to follow, etc.
Thanks!
Good evening, @CrossRiver.

If you have any more issues after reviewing the article, then I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to do a screen share to help walk you through the information.
These details should do the trick. Let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great day!
I have attempted to change this several times over the past year with no success. After hours on the phone, I was told the transfer from IOP to my current QuickBooks online would be complete. Well, several months, chats, and phone calls later I am still paying for both services and still have two separate accounts and get BS from Intuit contacts and QB contacts. How do you get someone that actually knows what they are saying and doing to help with this issue?
I would feel the same if my issue isn't fixed over the past year, @noelholle.
Rest assured that one of our administrators will contact you via private message to discuss more detail about your account.
Please touch base with me here for all of your QuickBooks needs, I'm always happy to help.
