How do I verify if our complany limits for direct deposit have been accepted

Hi there, @glenna4.

 

Our Payroll Team will contact you via email once your information has been reviewed, and your request for the direct deposit limit increase is approved. Please note that requests are reviewed within two business days.


If you didn't receive the notice, additional documentation may be required to complete the request. To check, please look for an email from DDLimits@intuit.comThey sometimes get put into junk folders.  

 

If you didn't see any email, I encourage you to contact our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account to check the Direct Deposit limit you've set up and can provide you further information about the status. Please check out our support hours and contact us at a time convenient to you.
