Your payroll liability depends on your paychecks/payroll run. Since the liability is still to be paid, you can adjust it by making necessary changes on your payroll.
Depending on the situation, you can also delete and recreate your paychecks. Once done, QuickBooks will automatically adjust your liability. If the checks are processed through direct deposit, I recommend reaching out to our support team for some payroll corrections.
