How to you change the employer address on the pay stubs?

You can change the employer address in the Payroll Settings section in QuickBooks Online. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Click the Payroll Settings, then select Tax Setup.
3. Click the General Tax Information.
4. Fill in the necessary information. (Make sure to enter the correct address).

If you’re adding an address from a different state and want to change it as the primary location, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support team.
