This does not address my question. I asked how I recover the forms once I used the QB on line service to file.

Welcome aboard to the Community, @Garbage company.

I appreciate you letting us know of the result after creating 1099s. Let’s try performing some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Let's open your QuickBooks account using the incognito mode or private browsing. These are built-in features in the browser that allows you to access websites without storing any data.

Here’s how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome.
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.
  • Press Command + Shift +N for Safari.

From there, try signing in again. If this works, shift back to your regular browser to clear its cache to start fresh.

I also suggest running the Health Checkup Tool. It is used to check multiple aspects of the browser to ensure the application runs seamlessly.

If none of these steps work, I recommend contacting our QBO Care Team. They have tools to check your account and determine the root cause of the issue.

Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Choose the Help menu in the upper right hand to open the Search window.
  2. Scroll down to click the Contact us link.
  3. Type the issue/topic in the field box, then hit the Let’s talk button.
  4. Select how you want to reach out to our support team: Start messaging or Get a callback.

Keep me posted if you have any other concerns. Please know I’m here to assist further. Have a good one.
