Thank you for posting here in the Community. Let me help you cut a paper check in QuickBooks Online.
Running payroll using a paper check is quick and easy. You can temporarily turn off direct deposit and issue regular payroll to your employee.
Here's how:
- On the left navigation bar, click Workers.
- Select Employees.
- Press Run Payroll.
- Choose the direct deposit icon next to the employee's name.
- Select Paper check.
- Preview and submit the rest of your payroll as usual.
