Let's go to the Paycheck list so you can print paystubs even though you ran payroll yesterday, @fcorcoran. Please first make sure to set up your paystub printing preferences by going to the Payroll Settings page before performing the steps below.

  1. Go to Workers from the left menu.
  2. Choose Employees.
  3. Click Paycheck list under Next Payroll due [Date]
  4. Select the paychecks.
  5. Click Print.

The two screenshots below show you the steps. For detailed instructions, go through this article: Print Paystubs in QuickBooks Online

I'd suggest visiting this website: Troubleshoot Printing Paychecks, Paystubs, and Forms. This link provides you steps, such as turning off pop-up blocker, on how to fix any printing issues.

January is one of the most important months for every business, just like yours. There are some tasks you'll need to perform and dates to consider to help you complete the year-end payroll process. For more details, check out this article: Year-end Checklist

I'm here anytime you have other concerns. Have a good day, @fcorcoran

Thank you for your reply.  I do not mean to be rude but these instructions appear to be detailing how one would reprint checks with stub info. I am interested in knowing how to print the stub with address but without the check format. Could you assist me with this?

@rg0056  I can help navigate you through the steps to print stubs.

Step 1: Set up your pay stub printing preferences

If you haven't already, make sure you're set up to print plain paper stubs.

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️, then select Payroll Settings.
  2. In the Preferences section, select Paycheck Printing.
  3. Select Plain paper stubs, then select OK.

Step 2: Print pay stubs

  1. Go to Workers, then select Employees.
  2. In the My Payroll section, select Paycheck list.
  3. Select the paychecks you'd like to print, then select Print.

Let me know if that works for you.
