I'm here to help you with your tax payments.
QuickBooks Online Payroll will send an update via email regarding your tax payment. You can check the email notification for the reason for the tax payment rejection. From there, we can make any changes to successfully pay the taxes online.
We need to make sure that your electronic services is activated already. Then, let's also check your payroll settings if all required details have been entered already. Simply go to the Gear icon and select Payroll Settings.
