You can change the rate of your SUI tax directly from the state taxes section of your Payroll Settings.

Your settings is kinda different are you using the QuickBooks Online Payroll? When you click the Gear icon and choose Payroll Settings, you should be landing on the page shown in the screenshot. Then, you can click on State Taxes - TX and change the SUI rate.
If you're not seeing the settings in the screenshot, please reach out to our support to check this further. They can use a screen-sharing tool to guide you through the process.
