Im trying to set up my payroll services and it keeps saying my email is invalid and i dont know how to get fix it

i just got the payroll enhanced with the desk the desktop pro and nothing else in the fillins is giving me trouble so far

Hi dakmckinney,

You have to make sure you entered the correct email address in your QuickBooks account. Let me show you how.

  1. Click Company on the upper menu.
  2. Select My Company.
  3. Under Company information, verify if the email address is correct. You can click the pencil icon to edit some information.
  4. Click OK.
Otherwise, you can re-enter the payroll service key to refresh your payroll. Here's how:
  1. Click the Employees menu.
  2. Select My Payroll Service
  3. Choose Manage Service Key.
  4. Click Edit to remove and re-enter the service key.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Finish
