In qb self-employed I could set mileage rules so every trip to a destination would automatically be categorized. Now in regular qb I can't find how to do that.

Is this not a feature in regular QB?

Hi there, gautreaux.

Thanks for taking the time to post about mileage tracking in QBO.

Currently, the Rule feature is not available for mileage, but in Banking. I recommend submitting feedback from your QBO company so our engineers know you need this option. Just click on the Gear icon and choose Feedback.

Here is an article for your additional reference: Automatically track mileage in QuickBooks Online.

Thanks jess! That's obnoxious that I lost a feature when I upgraded 🤦 the crazy thing is that it remembers the rules that I set in self-employed, but it just won't let me create new ones. I will definitely reach out to them. Thanks a million.
