I recognize how hard it can be when your workflow is interrupted by this unexpected issue with payroll not linking to your register. I can see the urgency of resolving this as soon as possible. Normally, when you run a payroll in QuickBooks Online, it will be automatically posted to the register. Since this issue persists, the best action we can take is to contact our payroll support team again. By doing so, they can open an investigation about this matter and prioritize you once this issue is resolved.
To contact them here's how:
- Sign in with your QuickBooks Online company.
- In the upper right corner, click on the Help icon.
- Select Search, then click Contact Us.
- Write your issue or concern and Continue.
- Select what support you would like to contact.
