Is anyone else having trouble with the expenditure module not responding? I keep having to close QB and reopen for it to work correctly.

When I try to view a transaction, it won't open.  Or when I try to create a new transaction it won't open.

Because the problem pertains to display and connection, we'll proceed with troubleshooting steps specific to the browser. To begin, we'll log in to QuickBooks using either an incognito or private browser to determine if the issue is caused by cached data.

 

Keyboard shortcuts for opening a private browser:

 

  • Google Chrome and MS Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If QuickBooks functions properly when using a private browser, it indicates that the issue is on the cached data, and therefore you'll want to clear it. If the problem persists, you can a different browser to determine if the mentioned behavior is specific to certain browsers.
