Thank you. Yes it does require additional assistance. I was asking the community if this is a mass issue or if anyone else is having it. Our auto payroll ran great for over a year and then it stopped. We have opened multiple tickets and escalated to the engineers. It been weeks and months since we have heard back on the multiple tickets and escalations we have submitted. I still have no resolution and no way to get one. Bottom line my auto payroll doesn't work and no one has been able to help me.
I continue to call QB payroll premium support and still have no resolution. I've invested hours on the phone and I have to start over every time. Can someone please help me???
Did you ever hear back?
I just switched our pay schedule from Monthly to Bi-weekly, and now suddenly we're ineligible? Makes no sense.

Changing the pay schedule varies on the processing time before the check date, BethanyS. Let's look further into this subject and connect with our live support for additional assistance.
Auto Payroll configurations in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll should be made three business days before the check date by 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. Then, two business days before it processes your checks, we will email you the details and schedule for the upcoming payday. You can find more information in this material: Set up and manage your Auto Payroll.
In instances when you overlooked making updates and auto payroll has already been processed, it would be best to contact our live support team. They are equipped with secured tools to assess your account and identify reasons for your ineligibility.
Here's how to reach them:
Moreover, the availability of our QBO Payroll support hours depends on your subscription type. Below is a list for your reference:
Additionally, you can generate a summary that provides a comprehensive overview of employee earnings, deductions, and taxes over a selected period. Refer to this article for guided steps: Create a payroll summary report.
