Missing 940 and W-2

I have used Quickbooks Online Payroll for 10 years to file payroll taxes. This year, a 940 was not generated. I was able to pay the tax associated with it, but the form is no there to be filed. Additionally, my W-2 does not show up either. Please advise. I have emptied cookies/cache. The emails that I receive from quickbooks with reminders of forms to be filed do not mention my 940 or W2. This is unsettling. Please advise.

I found my W-2. Was in a different area but I am still not finding the 940 or the 4th Qtr 941 forms to print and file. Anyone found them yet?

My w-2 was also in a different area. They had to manually add a pdf of the 940. However, I cannot file them online now. I have to call in to quick books to have an employee file them for me on their end. I did not have issues with my 4th quarter 941, though. I am disappointed that these forms were omitted from my account. Sorry you’re dealing with the same.

Missing 940 and W-2

Every year I have to call/chat with Intuit/Quickbooks about getting the Form 940. Each year I get blamed for why QBO Payroll will not generate a Form 940 (once I'm able to finally get transferred to someone who actually knows what payroll or a form 940 are):
1- Your business type is wrong (QBO does not allow a 501(c)19 selection - but I'm wrong for not somehow selecting that)

2- Your business is not required to file a 940 (required by IRS if payroll taxes have been w/h; CPA echo IRS requirements -- actually had agent question if our CPA knew the "correct" IRS regulations))

3- We'll put a ticket in for the "backend" to handle that, produce a 940, and contact you.

4- (after waiting weeks with nothing done) "Please provide that ticket number before we'll proceed." (my problem is the 940, not that the Intuit CRM is apparently too stupid to store such trivial information)

5- (after agent couldn't find ticket and couldn't connect to "backend" folks) Wait 30 minutes for a supervisor. Repeat steps 1 to 4.

6- Supervisor say they may have to recalculate the year's taxes, which may take 30 to 45 business days (940 is due Jan 31 / February 10, depending on up to date w/h). So, from the very start QBO system has no way of filing this form on time.

7- Receive notice that QBO and QBO Payroll fees are going up.

8- End up receiving only a PDF copy (it's not filed by QBO) and does not list QBO as paid preparer

9- Told to sign and file PDF copy on our own (and at our own risk for accuracy)

10- repeat each year.

EACH and EVERY year, I spend hours in chat and phone with QBO. How is this saving me time and effort while "guaranteeing" accuracy. SHM....
