Good to see you here in the Community. I'm here to share information about reactivating QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To check if the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), causing these unusual responses, Let's use a private browser (incognito) to resubscribe.

Here's how to get your W-2s:
If it's successful, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
Alternatively, you can purchase pre-printed W-2 copies from any retail store. Then, manually write the amounts from payroll reports in QuickBooks Online. Just make sure to type all entries using black ink and, if possible, in 12-point Courier font.
You can run the Payroll Details or the Tax and Wage Summary reports to get the exact amount of taxes. Just go to the Reports menu, and then select them from the Payroll section.
If you want to save copies of your W-2s, you can always print them.

I already tried incognito mode. I had to call Quickbooks support and I'm not sure what they did but they were able to take my money finally. Now to finish getting all my tax forms and get this over with.
