I had three new employees this pay period. When I was accepting bank transactions this morning, I noticed that their checks didn't come through as a "match" like all the others. Although their paychecks are showing in pay history, there are no expense/liability entries for their checks?

You'll want to review the accounting preferences of your employees. Ensure the employees are set up correctly. Check that their payroll information, such as wage rates and deductions, are accurately entered.

I had already checked accounting preference and even updated the transactions. Matching the bank transactions showed nothing. I even looked at the transaction journal for the last two weeks and there are no G/L transactions for these paychecks, yet they show on my payroll reports. It's weird and frustrating!
