On the Form 940 Line 7, our firm's name is appearing rather than the client's. How to change?

Line 7 shows the total taxable FUTA wages, ljohnson2. It looks like you're referring to Part 7 of the 940 form.

This part shows the person preparing and signing the payroll tax forms. I'll guide you on how you can change the information:

1. Click Company.
2. Go to My Company.
3. Click the Pencil icon in the COMPANY INFORMATION section.
4. Go to the Payroll Tax Form Information tab, then change it.
5. Click OK. 

Once done, review and file your 940 form.
