Payroll Information

My employer sent the link to view my pay stubs five times yet the email would not go through not found in spam or junk either. I spoke to an online agent that sent me the link still nothing. I may need to contact the IRS or my State Department of Labor to investigate further. With former companies I've done direct deposit and never had a problem with getting my pay stub information online I was also able to speak with a live agent to resolve my issues quickly. I need my information to verify proof of income. Your site says go here, go there yet I can't find my pay stubs anywhere.

Let's try reviewing your paystubs on an incognito window. It is the best place to identify if the error is cause by a browser-related concern. You can use these keyboard shortcut to to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.

 

We can also switch to a different supported like  Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as alternative.

 

If the same thing happens, I'd recommend reaching out to our Phone Support and we'll have an agent to open your account so we can investigate this further.
