Buy nowHi. Today, I signed up for the Payroll service in my QuickBooks online account where I completed the "Your Payroll History" section of Setup Tasks in the Overview page. I now want to print out the bi-weekly paystubs but I do not see past paystubs when I enter Paycheck List for the employee.
How can I print out paystubs on the payouts that where manually entered before starting the Payroll service?
Regards.
I've checked our records and found out that there are no similar issues about Payroll not showing employees' paystubs, @jrowley6. I'll help you fix this.
The QBO's weird behavior, like missing options or fields, is sometimes caused by an obsolete cache in your browser.
You'll want to use an incognito window and verify it from there. Here are some of the keyboard shortcuts:
If it works, I suggest you clear the cache of your main browser. This can start the system fresh. Also, ensure you're using a supported browser.

Unfortunately, using incognito mode in my browser did not result in being able to view past paystubs that I manually entered in the pay history task when setting up my new Payroll Service.
I ran my first payroll through the Payroll service for the end of March and I see the recently posted paystub that all the Current and YTD Taxes section are correct; it processed my manually entered payouts values.
Any help would be appreciated on instructions on how to to reprint paystubs that were manually entered during the setup process.
Regards.
Thanks for getting back to this thread, jrowley6.
Allow me to share additional information to get things cleared out for you.
Since it's your first time setting up your payroll, printing these paystubs from there won't allow you to view them. You'll first need to successfully run your payroll to enable you to print your employee's paystubs.
I'd suggest completing your payroll or printing these paystubs from your previous accounting software.
