For tax table update:
After the tax table update, revert the paycheck. This will update the payroll data and fix how the taxes are calculated. Go as follows:

If it's still not taking out any taxes, it's either the total annual salary exceeding the salary limit or the gross wages of the employee's payroll are too low. To check this, please run a Tax and wage summary report.
