This response is fairly useless. You can't just say "I've checked if there's reported issues similar to this one but found none" and assume that the problem therefore doesn't exist. See the previous people who had the same issue - it obviously is an issue (for my company as well).
I see in the thread that your company is not the only one experiencing this behavior.
We will help your employees check their payroll in the QuickBooks Workforce. In this case, we will need help from Support because they have access to the accounts. Please have your employees contact the QuickBooks Workforce Chat team, and one of the available agents will assist them as soon as possible. They are available until 6:00 PM PT today. Their schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT.
Alternatively, you can provide pay stubs to your employees while they are still experiencing this behavior.
Please know that the Community team is always here to help if you need anything else.
I'd be more than happy to assist with your issue. To proceed though, I'll have to ask for additional details so I can provide accurate troubleshooting steps for you.
You also have the option to contact our QuickBooks Workforce Support team for assistance. You can click the link and follow the instructions provided by my colleague above.
Hit the Reply button below if you wish to share additional details on the issue you have. I'll be sure to get back to you.
Another issue now - Why is the link to View My Paycheck still suggested in "provide employees' W2's online"??? See screenshot attached.
How can there be so much confusion in software that we pay to use???
The link goes on to explain how to sign up for ViewMyPaycheck? WHAT?????????????????
AND...I have several clients that have employees who can't get workforce to work for them and can't view paystubs.
This is all such a mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also - where is the admin view that I can give to my client so they can view their EMPLOYEES' paystubs as was available in VMP??? My clients want admin access to see multiple employee paystubs. Where'd that go with this wonderful update to workforce???????????
We don't want you to feel this inconvenience. I want to let you know that helping you is our priority, @lancpay.
We have received several reports from other users, like you, who are having trouble accessing the Workforce with the Admin access. Rest assured that our engineers are diligently working in all hands to fix this as soon as possible.
If you haven't yet, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so you'll be added to the list of affected users. Once added, you'll receive all available updates about this trough your email. To do so;
In case you needed some ideas especially with QuickBooks payroll and navigation, I've got you this article for reference: Payroll Help Articles.
If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comment section down below. I'll ab always around ready to help.
This is the same copy and paste answer that you all have been putting in these forums for the past 6+ months. I did that - everyone has done that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have done this for close to 6 months. 6 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Should I still be doing this at all???
No one is working on this or it would be FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or issue a refund for time wasted on waiting for an answer.
Fire the engineers and get some new ones...and while QB is at it - have the writing department come up with some new copy and paste script - these are getting repetitive.
Here is a post that is also not addressing the workforce issue. QB stopped posting on it and directed me to this series of posts.
