I have submitted all of the year end forms for 2024 for 4 different companies.  The only one accepted was the W2's.  Not sure what to do at this point.

We can check your filed forms to see if there's any error indicated, ddb30. Let me walk you through this process.

When filings are not accepted in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), we can navigate to the File Forms tab to check their status and understand why this happens. If the status shows that the submission was rejected, please check your email. QuickBooks will send a notification detailing the reason for the rejection and provide instructions on how to resolve this matter.

For QBDT Payroll Assisted:

  1. Go to the Employees menu and select Payroll Center.
  2. Click the File Forms tab, and then View/Print forms & W-2s.
  3. In the Payroll Tax Center window, enter your Payroll PIN. Then hit OK.
  4. Click the Filed Forms.
  5. Select the forms you want to view, print, or save.

For QBDT Payroll Enhanced:

  1. Go to the Employees menu, select Payroll Center, then click the File Forms tab.
  2. Under Filing History select the Save Filings or E-Filings tab.
  3. Click the form to view it.

Afterward, view the few statuses below to see what each status means:

  • Intuit rejected - Intuit has rejected the e-payment or e-filed form. This can occur if there is a problem with the information submitted with the payment or form. Or there was a problem with the server connection.
  • Agency rejected - The agency rejected the e-payment or e-filed form. And sent a rejection message (and solution).
  • Agency accepted - The e-payment or e-filed form was successfully processed by the agency. And the transaction is complete.

To view other statuses, you can visit this article: Check the status of your payroll tax payments or filings sent through QuickBooks Payroll.

You can also view this article to learn more about other reasons why your form or payment was rejected: Handle payroll e-file and e-pay rejections.

Please let me know if you need further assistance, ddb30. I'll be glad to help you further.
