I try clearing my cache every time this happens (which is more regular than irregular). I then exit browser re-enter and still the links do not work. Other times they do work. Mostly they do not.
I have this issue and I try clearing cache and restarting the browser and it does not work. I'd say it's about 60/40 notworking/working.
