I have not been able to get a chat to start. the attempt just a minute ago returns "We'll email you when someone replies to your question" then offers a link to view or edit my question, profile name or confirmation email address. That landed me here and I signed in to what is the community. I need Assisted Payroll to chat with. This is not a problem the community can resolve.
It is about one part of the DC UI tax, PFL not being paid per the state's web account for the company. BUT, the regular UI and Admin fee was for this quarter. they are on the same account number and a separate report form (filing) is done for the PFL. The filing what done by DC doesn't show the payment. Thus all went well in the prior quarter.
I need to Payroll to trace the payment, how and when paid so that they can interact with DC's DOES to get the payment posted, if it was in fact it was sent.
Why can't the HELP F! in QB get me to Assisted Payroll or Priority Circle for help. I have surely been able to start a chat faster then this in the past. I know the phone numbers if they still work just send you to Help for a online chat.

I have tried the suggestion you gave here. I do not get a Contac US option unless I enter a question. There is no 'start a message' .
I did a question with the chat things asking for more and I expanded the issue. I think I have more than one attempt to make contact active now. It is hard to tell.
I don't see how a Assisted Payroll or Priority Circle help can reach me unless they call me. I cannot sit at the desk waiting for someone to start a conversation. IN a hosting service, inactive status will cause me to lose my connection. I think when I logged out last night, then back in today the continuity with the questions submitted was lost. So, I had to start over again.
How do I do this? Leave the 'Have a Question?" Chat Windows open and stay online for and it so, how long is it I can expect to wait for a response? I need some instructions on how HELP F1 works - how to get to the Intuit experts and Assisted Payroll vs QuickBooks support. There must be more information for user other than just use F1 Help. I don't under that Community responses are from anyone who can do work on the inside (Assisted Payroll and the Tax payments / filing) for me. It is not that this is anything I can fix alone.
This is the third day I have spent about 6 hours each trying to research the problem and reach Assisted Payroll. I can understand that some staff could be out with the Virus. I understand. I am working from home, under my son's ordered that at a risk old woman should not leave the house or let anyone in.
I can upload a more details description of the problems and any documents payroll may need to see to further getting to resolutions.

it does not work. there is no contact us button on the help menu
