Hi itunu,
To protect the employee's bank information, we're unable to create a report with their direct deposit account and routing numbers. However, you can see the last four digits of these numbers when you edit their Pay details.

Have a good day!
I'm trying to track down a couple of payments that are mysteriously not showing up in our vendor's account. It would be REALLY great if I could just double check all of the digits of the account and routing numbers in quickbooks to make sure something didn't get entered incorrectly. Instead I'm sitting on hold with multiple banks, for hours on end in the middle of all the COVID-19 mess, to find out where the payments actually went.
It's silly to hide the full direct deposit info from EVERYONE in quickbooks since it has to get in there somehow to begin with, so someone has to have access to it at some point (in my case, in the form of an EFT form). In each quickbooks organization I would expect that at least one person would be able to access this information, for dealing with exactly the scenario that I have going on right now.
Hi @CH OSIBTYS,
I'm here to point you in the right direction for support with your query about tracing your direct deposit payments.
To maintain the security of our customer's accounts, along with their clients, there isn't a report that generates the routing and account numbers. I suggest contacting our Technical Support Team for further assistance in this matter.
Here's how:

That is completely ridiculous. You would have to have to keep the info in less secure storage than your system. This is not protecting anyone.
I need a report that at least shows a direct deposit the last 4 digits of the bank account the deposit was made in. The name on the account is useless because it can be edited. How can I get a report showing whose account the money was deposited into.
Thanks for joining the thread, DEF71.
To protect the employee's bank details, only the last four digits will appear on the employee's profile and in the Employee Detail report. As a result, creating a report that shows which account the money was deposited into is not possible in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
