I'd be glad to help with your question about filing tax forms, mike@blackdiamon.

If you're using Full Service Payroll, forms 941N and W-3N are automatically filed for you. A complete list of supported tax forms an be found in this article: Tax Payments And Forms Intuit Payroll Submits For You

If you have the Enhanced versions of payroll, you need to file your own tax forms. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Taxes menu and select Payroll Tax.
  2. Select Quarterly forms or Annual forms.
  3. Look for 941N or W-3N.
  4. Review the form to verify the info, and Submit when you're ready.

Please see these articles for more details about submitting tax returns:

We have found that Quickbooks is not filing 941 N or W-3N.  Have you had success?  I was told that Quickbooks is not compatible with the Nebraska webservice.
