Okay so I just bought intuit QuickBooks on my laptop. I assume that is the desktop version? Then what is QuickBooks online?!
I already have subscription payed for, but the “Self-Employed” app says I have to pay for ANOTHER subscription to track my miles. Why is that? Why would I pay for 2 separate QuickBooks subscriptions when the desktop told me that “mileage tracking” comes with the subscription?? Please explain this.
QB Desktop, QB Self Employed, and QB Online are three different products. If the mileage tracking feature is mandatory and you're not interested in using a third-party app, consider requesting a refund for your QB Desktop license. Then sign up for QB Self Employed or QB Online instead.
