For Intuit Online Payroll, follow these steps to edit their information.
If you are still experiencing issues, it may be best to clear all cache and cookies. After some time, the collection of outdated files can cause specific problems, so loading a clean page copy can help. Once you have done this, relog into your online account and try to correct the employee's profile.

This did not work. Her address was already updated in the Quick Books area. I updated it about a year ago, but she just now advised that it wasn't showing up correctly. I also updated another employees address and it is showing up as blank on the paycheck. I cleared the cookies and cache and restarted my computer before logging back in.

It is the employees address that is incorrect.

We can only update the employee's address in the employee's profile page. You'll want to contact our Payroll Support team. They have special tools that can access your QBO account and edit the address on your behalf.
