ERROR CODES

Hi @bettyc16,

Let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps and get rid of the error.

To start, let's log in and access your account in a new incognito or private browser. This way, you'll know if it's your browser causing the error.

If you can successfully get rid of the error code, you have the option to clear your browser's cache to optimize it. And will also help you improve your experience with QuickBooks.

But if you still have the same error, switch to a different browser application then log in and access your account from there.

However, if you still can't get rid of the error code after following the steps above, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. They can pull up and look into your account in a secure environment. And the screen sharing tool to assist you get rid of the error.

Fill me in if you have any other questions. I'll be happy to assist you.

ERROR CODES

After upgrade to 2019Pro early this month and update a few weeks ago I now get an error each time I save to a stick. After doing the rebuild it reports 12 errors of which the program fixed all but one. The one it couldn't fix is a Error-185 and I have no clue how to fix it myself. I've researched for days on google and can't get any answers to my problem. I didn't pay for the QB assistance (I've got payroll assist only) so I can't get help from QB. Can anyone help me?
